Astrid has a missed call popup that allows you to schedule the return call as a task. I haven't seen this in RTM.

I am completely integrated with Google Contacts, Docs, Calendar, and Gmail on my Mac desktop, iPhone, and iPad. I also use Skype for outgoing voice (and video) from my office, and Google Voice to direct incoming calls to my nearest or favored device.
